Dallas ISD has a new suspension policy

DALLAS - Dallas ISD has made changes to their policy that allowed suspension for students as young as four-years-old.

After a nine to zero vote, the district has officially approved that young students cannot be kicked out of school for level one offenses like small classroom disruptions or talking back to a teacher.
