UNITED KINGDOM --  Remember all that talk about Brexit?! Great Britian's major escape plan from the European Union. Well, now that plan seems to have hit a stumbling block.

A British court now says the UK government must hold a vote in parliament before triggering the formal Brexit process. Bottom line: The UK can't go nowhere without parliament on board.

So, we still don't know what in the bloody hell is going on across the pond. We'll just think of this whole Brexit thing as the Titanic.

Well, that's how UK's foreign secretary Boris Johnson describes it. At a recent awards ceremony he said: "Brexit means Brexit, and we are going to make a Titanic success of it."

Uh ... we thought that ship sunk. Whatever ol' BoJo meant by it, he has Twitter going "bonkers" -- as the Brit's would say!
