ARLINGTON -- We all know Garth Brooks has friends in low places, but he has quite a few in DFW too! The country music legend has hooked up with Frito-Lay!

"These people are a great Texas-based company and a great reputation and are very sweet to partner with us on this," Garth told NewsFix in a one-on-one interview.

Might sound corny, but this collaboration gives Garth fans an exclusive listen to his newest single: "Baby Let's Lay Down and Dance" (we see what you did there Garth).

Any Frito bag out there that has a "G" symbol, a code will be featured on the back, so consumers can download and listen!

So, with a tour bus full of Frito Lays, Brooks is currently on the road using his music to give thanks to our service men and women. He and his wife Trisha will host concerts in Hawaii benefiting Pearl Harbor parks.

"My father was in the Marines and my brothers were in the Military, so I never got my chance to serve," he added. "This is kind of how I get to serve!"

So now that Garth's bagged a chip deal and continue to support our troops - can we expect a guest appearance from Chris Gaines?
