DALLAS -- If you cleaned out your closet and got rid of all your vinyl, you are more than likely kicking yourself now.

Why?  Because it is probably worth more now than when you sold it.

According to an article in Forbes magazine, vinyl sales are up 32% in 2015 with sales of over 400 million. That number is higher revenue than YouTube, Vevo, and other streaming services according to the RIAA, the company that monitors the money that goes with records.

What’s really going on?

Well, a new generation is noticing the rich, clear and more authentic sound that vinyl analog recordings have over digital!

Plus the album art, the reason that made it so popular at its origin.  Now this only goes for the good music, you don’t need a vinyl pressing of Soldier Boy!

So if you are one of those audio purists, who loves the rich sound of analog recordings, even if it sometimes sounds like a bowl of Rice Krispies with the snap crackles and pops, there’s good news, its back with a vengeance!
