COLLIN COUNTY -- The fate of Enrique Arochi will soon lie in the hands of a Collin County jury.

On Monday, prosecutors rested their case against Arochi, the man accused of kidnapping Christina Morris from a Plano parking garage two years ago.

Evidence presented over eight days of testimony showed Arochi was the last person to be seen with Christina, but exactly when the kidnapping occurred is unknown.

The defense will likely call its final witness Tuesday, an expert on cell phone records.

After that, the case will be sent to the jury.

Arochi faces life in prison if convicted.
