Almost four months after the death of singer and songwriter Prince, family and friends attended a private memorial service to honor his legacy.

It was held Saturday afternoon at Paisley Park, prince’s home in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Fans gathered outside the residence during the service.

A tribute concert is planned October 13 at the U.S. Bank stadium in downtown Minneapolis.

Prince died April 21 from an accidental overdose of painkillers.

A new report says authorities found counterfeit and mislabeled drugs at Prince’s Paisley Park estate.
