Laws. We all have to abide by these rules or face the consequences when we break them. We’re all pretty aware of the most popular laws around, such as what happens when driving while intoxicated or running a red light. An Eye For An Eye

It’s usually illegal to have an open container at a public place that doesn’t serve alcohol such as a park. In Galveston, you’re allowed to drink in the park, as long as you get a permit from park directors to chug down those beers.

Horses play a major role in Texas culture. Unfortunately in Balcones Heights it’s illegal to ride your horse in public in the city where there’s a curb or sidewalk. You can however obtain a permit to ride your horse only during parades.

You Can Change The Weather Under One Condition

Back in 1890, a Civil War battalion attempted to use gun powder in order to produce rain clouds. The attempt was of course, unsuccessful. This made scientists decide study the idea of weather manipulation.

If anyone attempts to modify the weather, they now must notify their local newspapers once a week for three consecutive weeks. They must do so in each county the weather modification would take place.
