Perry collapsed on stage during a Coney Island performance Sunday night.

Perry, 65, was playing alongside actor and Johnny Depp and singer Alice Cooper when he apparently went into cardiac arrest around 9:30 p.m police sources revealed to Billboard Magazine.

According to sources, Perry exited the stage during the first song, though the band continued to play. Footage taken at the gig shows a frail Perry struggling to perform, then ducking behind the amp stack.

Perry is currently being evaluated in the emergency room. There is no update on his condition.
