DALLAS -- As the mourning continues in Dallas, so too does the memorial outside of DPD headquarters.
"I love you. I'm praying for your families. I thank you all for your service. Dallas will never forget. Peace and love Angela," read Angela, who wrote a letter for the memorial.
"This is a beautiful city, we love our city, there's no other place we'd rather be," said another North Texan, who brought her kids with. "We're juts to show unity and support to start the healing process. Just saying that we're united with our law enforcement and we love our police officers."
"We love our Dallas police force. Love and peace to you all. We're praying for you. Love, Lindsay," said Lindsay, who also brought a bouquet of flowers.
Many are passing their condolences on in the form of letters so they could be placed in the memorial for all to see to help remember who the true heroes among us are.
