Mavericks and Cowboys Struggling To Get It Together, While Rangers Rock Suits and Ties!
NORTH TEXAS — They have an NBA championship, a coach that’s headed for Hall of Fame glory, and a dominate player who balled in 80 of the 87 games last season.
So why can’t the Dallas Mavericks close a deal?
We all knew Chandler Parson’s was out the door, only having played 37 games in two seasons. So of course, he showed no remorse when grabbing that sixteen million from Memphis.
Now, Mavs owner, Mark Cuban, is dribbling back and forth only to reach the inevitable NBA limbo. Even with Dirk and Carlisle as bait for free agents.
Frankly, it really doesn’t matter if Cuban makes it rain on the court, no one is biting.
Yet, even though Mark and the Mavs keep fouling out on free agents, they keep making the playoffs.
Guess we’re just going to have to wait and see if Dwight Powell, Deron Williams and fresh from Golden State – Harrison Barnes can get us out of this slump.
As for the other famous Dallas team, you know, the bad boys. The ones that have NFL free agents drawn to it like moths to a fire. You know who I’m talking about, The Cowboys! They haven’t played one single game but they’re already losing.
No DeMarcus Lawrence, no Randy Gregory and no Rolando McClain all due to suspensions.
Looks like Jerry needs to tighten the whip on these boys!
These days it seems as though The Rangers are the only ones getting it right. They are currently in first place and you can’t deny they know how to rock a suit and tie!
