So you've worn your Yoga pants to the grocery store, to pick up the kids, etc. Now, how about getting that booty to Yoga class? We visited the Grungy Garage Gym in Addison to learn about BUTI Yoga.

“Buti Yoga is a fusion of plyometrics, Yoga and tribal dance all meshed together for a full body workout,” says owner Christyn Johnson.

This class was no joke. It was a high energy, hip rolling, Yoga posing calorie burner! Johnson explains that you don’t really have to have any previous Yoga experience.

“It’s more of a relaxing type of Yoga. You have more fun; you're moving your body a little bit more. It’s not the quiet soft Yoga that you’re used to,” said Hayley Hartner.

This subculture consisted of mostly women, and Johnson says they range in age from people in their 20’s to 50’s.

“All of us together have grown to really love each other and I think that’s a really cool thing,” said Britton Flood.
