DALLAS -- For decades, dinosaurs and robots have tried to overthrow mankind.

But what if we transformed them into one? A crazy combination of machine and animal that man could ride and named it -- Robosaurus!

Well, Robosaurus made an appearance Thursday at Reunion Tower and IndyCar big shot, Juan Pablo Montoya, was ready for the challenge.

You see, Texas Motor Speedway released Robosaurus into the world in 2004 and it returned to Big D for the ultimate battle against the Team Penske driver.

In one corner, we have the car lifting, flame shooting, 40-foot tall transforming T-Rex.

In the other corner, we have the only driver to win a cart series title, Indianapolis 500 and the 24 hours of Daytona all in his first attempt.

Montoya, accustomed to racing a 1,600 pound IndyCar, got behind the wheel of this 30-ton metallic monster.

But Robosaures wasn't about to give up!

It was definitely brawl for the ages, ultimately ending the fight between man and machine and instead becoming one.
