DALLAS -- Let's talk about those dirty little secrets we all have...

Not those little secrets -- this is a show about food!

I'm talking about those foods that you just don't like.  The ones that gross you out or scare you when you see them on your plate.  It's okay, we all have them.

I've met people who didn't like eggs, who think Brussels sprouts are bitter and nasty, see mushrooms as just a fungus, or refuse to eat anything with onions.

Hey, just because I don't happen to agree, doesn't mean your (crazy) opinion is wrong. It just means you shouldn't eat those things!  Food should make you happy -- you shouldn't have to choke it down.

And while we're at it, that goes for your friends too. The people around us - just like food - should be comforting and uplifting!  So, if someone is bringing you down, toss 'em out with the sprouts, and enjoy some peace and tranquility.

Now that's the Spice of Blythe!
