If you are celebrating a special birthday or anniversary, then this is the place for you. They are known for their homemade jams and jellies, and delicious breakfast located in their historic dining room. It’s like if you’re staying in a Victorian house!

In the heart of Dallas Oaklawn Neighborhood, Both the Dickson Cottage and the Raegan Street house date back to the first decade of the 20th Century time! They were built around 1910 and have most of the original decor in the rooms. They finally decided to open a Bed and breakfast in 2006, and have been a popular spot for visors in Dallas to this day!

Although this place is more of a resort than an actual Bed & Breakfast, and about 40 minutes outside of Dallas, we HAD to include the resort to the list due to its Texas feel! The resort is actually a ranch, where one can experience the Texas countryside and get away from the big city for a while. There is great food, southern hospitality, and activities for the whole family! They have quite a few weddings at the resort, so you never know when you might get to see one from your window!

Located in Denton, the Old Irish Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place to stay at, if you’re obsessed with Ireland. They are known for their “every day is St. Patrick’s Day” feel! The cottage was built on a lake in the 30s and now holds llamas, ducks, alpacas, and dogs all around. Sit by the lake, go on your front porch, and feel the fresh air pass you by!
