DALLAS -- Here we go again -- another ridiculous social media craze. This time, it's the "A4 Waist Challenge."

You've probably seen pics of people, mainly girls and young women, posing with an A4-sized piece paper across their waists. It's about the size of a regular 8.5" x 11" letter size sheet, but you've gotta hold it vertically.  If the paper covers your waist, they say you're paper thin.

The craze started in China and has made its way to the U.S. Can you believe it's being called a fitness challenge?

The trend is getting lots of backlash.  Many say trying to squeeze into this challenge is unrealistic, unhealthy, and does not define beauty.
