FORT WORTH--We love to complain about airlines. And why wouldn't we?
They charge us an arm and a leg.
They pack us in like sardines.
Then they lose our luggage.
Wanna guess which airline gets the most complaints on social media?
A survey from Fractl marketing says number one is Spirit.
And this isn't the first time Spirit's come in low when it comes to customer satisfaction.
American Airlines came in at number 3.
Delta might move up from number four if the passengers on flight 944 have their way.
They left the Dominican Republic Monday afternoon but when they got to JFK.
Bad weather forced them to divert to Manchester, New Hampshire.
The next day, they got to New York again, but the winds at JFK were hitting 60 miles an hour.
Two attempted landings and several barf bags later, they diverted to Boston before finally getting a flight home that night-- just 26 hours late!
Nobody likes to spend that much time on a plane.
Except for maybe Marilyn Hartman, better known as the serial stowaway.
She was arrested Wednesday trying to get on a plane in Chicago without a ticket. She just got out of jail on bond for two previous* illegal boarding attempts.
