SPRINGFIELD, OR- The Simpsons may be the best television series ever! It’s certainly the longest running, to date. At times, it has even predicted the future! But, something we didn’t see coming  is the animated series live!

An episode set to air on May 15 will feature a three-minute segment where Homer Simpson will answer fans’ questions, submitted via Twitter.

Our first question is, “How in the heck does a cartoon go live?”

Well,  according to executive producer Al Jean, they’ll use Homer’s voice, actor Dan Castellaneta, along with motion capture technology to produce a segment in real-time. It’s the first time any animated series has done something like this.

So, if you could ask Homer anything in the world, what would it be?

We have to admit, Homer Simpson uncut and live is must see TV.
