DALLAS -- The search for Marisol Espinosa intensified over the weekend, when family members called in some reinforcements.

Texas Equusearch combed Lawnview Park in Dallas for any sign of the missing mother of three, who hasn't been seen for three weeks.

Marisol's kids are staying with their grandmother.  Their father - Marisol's ex-boyfriend - has been ordered not to contact the children.  Faustino Valdez  is wanted for an unrelated probation violation and is considered a fugitive, but he is not officially a suspect in Marisol's disappearance.

Houston-based Equusearch joined Espinosa's family, Dallas PD, and dozens of volunteers on a list of folks who've all come back empty-handed.

Yeah. All too often, despite all the hard work, answers don`t come easily.

Despite a huge effort, Christina Morris has been missing for nearly a year-and-a-half.

Friends of Lisa Stone started searching right after she was reported missing back in 2010.  There's still no sign of her.

Kathy Stohbaugh's family has been waiting for answers since 2004.

And Jan Bynum has been waiting since 1997 to find out what happened to her daughter, Kelli Cox.  Kelli was 20 when she went on a field trip to Denton PD.  She called her boyfriend from a pay phone nearby, saying she was locked out of her car.  But when he got there, there was no sign of Kelli.

We talked to Jan in 2014.  She offered these words of encouragement to Christina Morris`s family--words that apply today to Marisol Espinosa's family.

"Let people help you," she said.  "And don't give up hope."
