BRENHAM, Texas — Not again! Blue Bell is once again facing another problem with listeria — the same bacteria that forced a total recall last year.

In a statement, Blue Bell says the bacteria was recently found in one of its production plants, but no listeria has been found in any of its products.

“We have tested and will continue to test every batch of ice cream produced. No products produced have tested positive. No products are shipped to stores until tests confirm they are safe. We will continue to work closely with our regulatory agencies, as we have throughout this process.”

Texans LOVE their Blue Bell, but this is unsettling news after Blue Bell contamination was linked at least three listeria deaths.

Will this keep your from quenching your Blue Bell craving? Or Blue Bell to the day you die?!
