DALLAS -- Family and friends are desperately searching for Marisol Espinosa.

"My niece, Marisol, has been missing since Tuesday. At eight in the morning, she was supposed to take off to work, and she never appeared at work," Monica Garza told NewsFix.

Espinosa, a 34-year-old mother of three, was last seen on December 29th. Family members say she was headed to work, but she never made it. Espinosa works at the TONI&GUY hair salon inside NorthPark Center.

Three days after her disappearance, her SUV was found abandoned behind the Las Lomas Apartment complex. That's just over three miles from where Espinosa lives. Dallas Police searched her vehicle and say based on the evidence collected, they believe Espinosa may be in danger.

Meanwhile, her family and friends have been relentless in their efforts to find her. They've printed out fliers with Espinosa's picture and information and have canvassed the community, asking anyone for any information.

"We pray she's still alive. She's a strong female, so in know God is with us and he's going to help us locate her and I know she's alive. I feel it in my heart, she's still with us," Garza said.

Espinosa is described as Latin, 5'5 and 125-pounds.

Dallas PD urges anyone who might have seen her, or knows of her whereabouts, to call the department's Missing Persons Unit at 214-671-4268.
