ATLANTA -- The rapper known to turn-up a party or two is giving rather receiving this season! Tauheed Epps, better known as 2 Chainz, donated a brand new minivan to a family in Atlanta whose house burned down back in September.

According to reports, neighbors were able to pull three kids out of the fire safely. But 8-year-old Antonio  ended up suffering severe brain damage from lack of oxygen and now requires constant medical care.

"I just wanted to come and give y'all a free van so y'all can move around and make sure he's straight," the artist said in a video produced on Youtube.

Thanks, to the "Hair Weave Killa" and his charity T.R.U. Foundation, Antonio's mom now has transportation to and from his appointment!

But wait, there's more. Earlier this month, the rapper also made it rain for a disabled vet! He hooked Deirdre Plater up with brand new furniture and paid off her rent for a year.

No lie... 2 Chainz just might be the real Santa this Christmas!

*TRUUUU* story!
