NORTH TEXAS — Okay, so it wasn’t exactly ‘Thanksgiving’ weather.

But, that’s about to change, friends.

The overcast holiday soon gave way to showers, bad news for all those Brown Thursday shoppers.  Here’s hoping all the shoppers didn’t forget their umbrellas.

Thunderstorms, associated with a cold front, move into the area tonight, and keeps North Texas is under a flash flood watch until 6 AM Friday.

Friday, we’ll experience more rain, but much colder temps. We’ll start in the mid-60s, but temps drop fast; expect a high in the lower 40s.

Cold, wet weather sticks around through the weekend.
