BOSTON -- Losing luggage at the airport can be one of the most frustrating things to happen to a traveler. But losing a leg is definitely something to get hopping mad about.

That's what happened to Adrianne Haslet-Davis who checked her prosthetic leg on a recent American Airlines flight. Haslet-Davis, who's a dancer, lost her original leg during the Boston marathon bombings in 2013.

In order to continue her career, she had a specialized prosthetic leg made specifically for dancing. Haslet-Davis has been unable to participate in the dancing event she was traveling to due to the mix-up.

She sent a series of angry tweets to American Airlines voicing her frustration which received much support from the Twitter community.

But all`s well that ends well. Her prosthetic leg was eventually found by the airline and Haslet-Davis shared her happiness with her army of supporters. So it's back to cutting rugs for Haslet-Davis. This is certainly news to dance about.
