DALLAS -- When it comes to National "fill-in the blank" days, Wednesday may have benefits for all of us. It's National Eating Healthy Day.

Yep, trade in all the junk food you normally eat, for a salad. The American Heart Association came up with this idea, and it seems like a simple switch, right? Except it's also National Candy Day -- just in case you didn't get enough for Halloween!

And if you thought life couldn't get any more complicated, Starbucks has just released a new "Evenings" menu, which includes beer and wine.

Yep, here in the Metroplex, you can now buy booze at three Starbucks locations: the Shops at Park Lane, Lemmon and Inwood, and in Sundance Square in Fort Worth. Just remember, drinks aren't being served until the afternoon. And you can't buy booze in the drive-thru lane.

So, what'll it be? National Eating Healthy Day, National Candy Day, or the National coffee chains' newest beverage to get you buzzed?

Hey, whether you chose candy, kale, or pale ale --  eat, drink and be merry folks!
