ATLANTA — Folks in the Atlanta neighborhood of Grant Park want a costumed hit and run driver to turn herself in.

The crash was caught on home surveillance video.

It shows the car going airborne and landing on top of a parked Mercedes on Waldo Street, Sunday.

It also shows the moment a man dressed as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and a group of others, help Beetlejuice get her car off the Mercedes, then drive away.

“You’d think that they would’ve come back and just left a note,” a neighbor told CBS 46.

“The law for leaving the scene of an accident is there for a reason,” said the damaged vehicle’s owner, Hillary Meador.

A neighbor was able to take a picture of the driver’s license plate.

Meador told CBS 46 she sent it to police and wants to press charges.
