DALLAS -- "Life's short, talk fast." Looks like there's a glimmer of hope for Gilmore Girls fans. According to reports, rumor has it that the show’s creator, Amy Sherman-Palladino, is in negations to bring fans back to the fictional town of Stars Hallow.

gilmore girlsBut uhh, it's not coming back to CW33.

Yeah, Netflix is looking to get the Gilmore gang to string together a 10-episode series.

This wouldn’t be Netflix’s first go around with show reboots. It's brought back shows like Arrested Development, the cult classic Wet Hot American Summer, and they're currently filming Fuller House.

Since fans of the show said goodbye to the series back in 2007, they’ve been begging for some kind of glimpse in the Gilmore world one last time.

In fact last, last summer, the whole cast came together in Austin for the ATX television festival where the show’s creator said she had nothing in the works for the show.

Meanwhile, Gilmore Girls fans all over the world will be waiting for those final four words -- Gilmore Girls are back!
