DALLAS -- Late Friday night, Dallas PD announced they have arrested the man suspected of shooting and killing Dr. Kendra Hatcher in her Uptown apartment complex parking garage exactly one month ago.

31-year-old Kristopher Love is charged with capital murder. He's being held on a $2.5 million bond.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for Brenda Delgado, the ex-girlfriend of Hatcher's boyfriend. Delgado is accused of planning the murder-for-hire.

Major Max Geron called Delgado a fugitive and urged her to turn herself in immediately.

The confessed getaway driver, 23-year-old Crystal Cortes, was arrested last month. She's also charged with capital murder and remains in jail.
