DALLAS -- Ashley Madison's slogan about life being short has an eerie feel right about now. Three suicides, in Texas and Canada, may be linked to the massive hack of the extramarital affair website.

SAPD Police Chief Michael Gorhum

The San Antonio Police Department says Captain Michael Gorhum, a 25-year veteran, shot himself last week after his email waslisted in the hack that exposed 30-million users.

And Gorhum's suicide isn't the only one that's ironically timed. Toronto's police chief says there have been two other deaths possibly related to the leak in Canada as well.

Closer to home, YouTube star Sam Radar of Terrell had to take to YouTube to admit he too had an account.

The leak has even led to internal investigations from North Texas cities like Fort Worth, DeSoto, Frisco, Garland, and Arlington after government emails from officials were reportedly exposed.

The City of Plano has responded after its own investigation stating, "There is no evidence to support that any employess are in violation of city policy."

Moral of the story, folks, maybe it's time to get some morals.
