ATLANTA -- Days after Bobbi Kristina was laid to rest, the drama surrounding her death continues. Her estate recently filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit alleging "wrongful death". This time, her lawyers claim a toxic cocktail killed the 22-year-old.

The suspected culprit is Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon -- the same guy the late Whitney Houston took under her wing.

The suit alleges 25-year-old Nick gave Bobbi Kristina a deadly drink, then placed her face-down in a bathtub full of cold water, causing her to suffer brain damage.

Back in June, a similar lawsuit claimed Nick abused Bobbi and stole her money.

Nick’s lawyers say he's been "heartbroken and destroyed" over Bobbi’s death. But it seems like when it rains it pours for this family!

Just one day before Bobbi was buried, someone was reportedly plotting for a payout.

Despite high-security measures at her viewing in Georgia, sources say someone still managed to slip through and snap a pic of Bobbi lying in her casket.

TMZ is reporting the asking price for the photo is going for $100,000.

A similar situation went down in 2012 when her mother's open casket pic was sold to the National Enquirer.

Looks like some people have zero respect for the words RIP.
