COLLIN COUNTY, TX -- Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton (R), was indicted by a Collin County grand jury on Saturday.
According to reports, Paxton faces three felony counts: two accuse him of first-degree security fraud, and the other alleges he failed to register as a securities agent. The indictment was reportedly sealed and will be revealed Monday.
It's believed the indictment stems from Paxton's involvement with the McKinney-based company, Servergy. USA Today reports the company has been under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Paxton was sworn into office back in January.
