DALLAS -- It’s a home fit for the rich and famous, except this Dallas penthouse isn't occupied by a famous movie star or business mogul -- yet!

It sits empty, waiting for someone to buy it.

The 42nd-floor penthouse at the Museum Tower, located in the Dallas Arts District, has been left unfinished so the buyer can design their own paradise.

Interested? Great! It'll only cost you a whopping $24 million!

Along with a 360-degree view comes 9,350 square feet to call home and a 5,600 square foot terrace to entertain your closest friends.

As the tallest residential building in the Big D, it could leave you feeling like you are the King of the World.

Folks with the Museum Tower say there's a broad interest in living on top of the tower, even from people who live overseas.

This building may be a beauty, but neighbors in the Arts District aren't finding the tower very neighborly.

The ongoing, glaring issue? The tower's strong reflection straight into the Nasher Sculpture Center. The museum says the light shines straight onto their exhibits and has caused their plants to dry up in the garden.

But that hasn't stopped people from moving in. The building's owners say it'll soon be 50% sold.

Looks like living large in Dallas is an option. You've just got to fork over a few million bucks.
