BOSTON – More details unfolding about an apparent ISIS-inspired terrorist plot in Boston. Police shot and killed Usaamah Rahim earlier this week in the parking lot of a CVS pharmacy as he approached them with a knife.

Court documents say Rahim planned to behead Pamela Geller, who organized the Prophet Mohammed cartoon contest in Garland last month. Police killed two ISIS sympathizers who attacked them at the event.

Investigators say Rahim switched from Geller to police officers. Court documents say Rahim said police were the easiest to kill.

After the shooting, Rahim’s brother Ibrahim, an imam at a California mosque, posted to his Facebook that cops shot Rahim in the back three times while at a bus stop talking to their father on a cell phone.

He says his last words were “I can’t breathe.”
