Cool & Refreshing Homemade Fruit Sorbet

This cool, softly sweet and subtly bitter sorbet basically defines “refreshing.” Make this tasty treat as a summer snack or dessert. It’s yummy and really pretty, too.

Fruit Sorbet

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp. honey, divided
  • 2 tbsp. water, divided
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry
  • 1 cup frozen mango

Blend the banana, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. water, and lime juice in a food processor. Add in the strawberry and pulse until smooth. Add in the mango along with the remaining honey and water. Pulse again until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and freeze for about 30 minutes.

Serves 2.
