Rockin’ Pico de Gallo Makes a Healthy Snack or Condiment

This radiant snack/condiment is 100% healthy and delicious — and will make you feel peaceful! Serve it up with some chips for a rockin’ appetizer, or use it as a taco topping (a few of those recipes are coming soon). Bon appetit!

Pico de Gallo:

3 tomatoes seeded and diced

½ cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup minced red onion

½ jalapeno, minced (seeds removed to cut down on spiciness as desired)

½ lime, juiced

1 clove garlic, pressed

Salt to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well.
