Tornado Watch Issued for Dallas-Fort Worth

 DALLAS –  The DFW area is under a Tornado Watch until 10PM Friday night. Flash floods are also a major concern as we get slammed with strong storms.

The National Weather Service says these thunderstorms are capable of spawning large hail, damaging winds and possible tornadoes.

The Tornado Watch includes the following counties: Anderson, Bell, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Coryell, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Falls, Freestone, Hamilton, Haskell, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Irion, Jack, Johnson, Jones, Kaufman, Lampasas, Limestone, McCulloch, McLennan, Nolan, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rains, Rockwall, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher, Shackelford, Somervell, Stephens, Sterling, Tarrant, Taylor, Throckmorton, Tom Green, Van Zandt, and Wise.
