DALLAS - You remember Nina Pham. She's the nurse at Texas Health Presbyterian who contracted Ebola while treating Thomas Eric Duncan. Now, she's in a battle over how she'll be compensated for the ordeal and her ongoing related health problems.

Pham is trying to sue Texas Health Resources over their handling of Ebola. The company says the case should instead be handled like a worker's comp claim.

For now, Pham and her lawyers win that one.

On Monday, a judge issued a temporary restraining order against THR. That means, for now, they can't file a worker's comp claim. But that only lasts for a couple of weeks until everyone gets together in court to fight it out.

Let's hope the two sides can work out something quickly and let this North Texas hero move on with her life.
