Worst on Earth: India Has Dirtiest Air in the World

NEW DELHI — The World Health Organization says the Indian capital has the dirtiest air in the world. New Delhi apparently has the highest concentration of polluting particles known as P-M 2.5. The city’s average level is 153. Match that with 14 in New York and 56 in Beijing. The WHO’s safety threshold is 10.
