PLANO, TX -- Sometimes, there are no words to comfort a broken heart.

On Saturday, friends and family of Raymond Howell gathered to say their final goodbyes to the teen who should’ve lived to experience many more years than he did.

Raymond ended his life one week ago. It’s believed Raymond was bullied to the point of death. He was just 14-years-old.

Raymond’s tragic story has bonded a community and has ignited a passionate plea: stop the bullying in schools.

Since his death, rallies have been held outside McKinney Boyd High School where Raymond attended. Colorful messages of sorrow and support cover the area where Raymond took his life.

Here’s hoping Raymond’s memory will inspire change and encourage everyone to fight for what’s right, and put an end to bullying.
