UNITED KINGDOM – It’s no surprise that a lack of sleep can be pretty bad for your health. But apparently, too much sleep is bad for you, too. Experts looked at sleeping patterns over the past 10 years and based on that, it seems adults who normally snooze for less than six hours or more than eight, are at risk for dying earlier than folks who slept between six and eight hours.
