Fort Worth Holds 2nd Annual Freedom Breakfast for Homeless Veterans

FORT WORTH - Supporters and homeless veterans from the Presbyterian Night Shelter participated in the Second Annual Freedom Breakfast at the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth .  The event raises the funds needed for the shelter.  General Terrence R. Dake, Retired Assitant Commandant of U.S. Marine Corps, addressed the supporters and veterans at the fundraiser.  Last year, the shelter took in 285 homeless veterans through the Patriot House, a transitional housing program considered one of the best in the nation.
