CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A Virginia man is in critical condition after being tased by police and catching fire. Officers were pursuing the suspected drunk driver early Sunday morning when he lost control of the car he was driving, rolling several times on a Jefferson Davis Highway bridge before crashing and trapping the man inside.
