ROSWELL, NM – Imagine how you’d feel if you just won half a million dollars, only for it to be snatched away from you on some ‘technicality.’ That’s what a Roswell, New Mexico man says happened to him. John Wines bought a scratch-off lottery ticket last December. Wines needed to match the winning numbers to any of his numbers, and Wines thought he did–to the tune of $500,000.
