AUSTIN, TX – The University of Texas has bank. And we’re not just talking Austin, it’s the entire UT system.

The Wall Street Journal reports UT’s endowment is sitting pretty at $25.4 billion. Yeah, that’s the second highest in the nation people, even beating out Yale’s $23.9 billion.

The study, done by the National Association of College and University Business Officers reveals UT’s endowment crept up over 24% in the past year. Take about a lot of change.

And while Texas Universities are darting to the top, Dartmouth is taking a hit. You know, the "Animal House" school? Anyway, Dartmouth is banning hard liquor on their campus for students of all ages! According to the school's principal, it’s all a apart of moving Dartmouth forward. Yikes.

Well, while one campus is swimming in dough, the other is dry -- with its students most likely drowning themselves with Jack Daniels somewhere off campus.

Texas wins!
