ARLINGTON, TX -- Have you ever had a neighbor who was a nightmare?  Well, folks in one Arlington neighborhood were shocked to hear a club for swingers might be operating in their neighborhood.

“People around here walk their dogs, they have their kids, this is no place for that kind of stuff, you know,” said neighbor Mike Orendorff.

The place goes by the name Eutopia, and according to its website, it's the place to meet and socialize in DFW.

An anonymous neighbor said, “I’ve heard they’ve had 40-50, to 100 cars there at one time.”

That's a lot of socializing -- enough that the city of Arlington has ordered them to cease immediately. Yeah, the problem is that Cooper Street is zoned for single family residences. But the parking lot in front of the house Eutopia operates out of has room for 70 or more cars.

The City says the home violates the zoning and is being used as a business since customers are reportedly asked to make a donation of up to 80 bucks when they arrive.

The property owner James Self told NewsFix that he is just the landlord and has nothing to do with what goes on inside. We tried to reach David Esopenko who leases the house but didn’t get a response.

The City of Arlington says the owners have 10 days to appeal, but until then, love shack is out of business.
