New York Knicks v Los Angeles LakersLOS ANGELES — Chris Brown could be heading to prison.  His probation has been revoked in the Rihanna case.

When the R&B star showed up to court for a progress report Thursday, the Los Angeles County judge raised major concern about a nightclub shooting Sunday in San Jose, California. Five people were shot as Chris performed onstage.

While he was not criminally involved, the judge said Chris did not get the court’s permission to leave the county, which is a violation of his probation.

His Attorney Mark Geragos said probation officers incorrectly advised Chris he didn’t need permission to travel for the show.

A similar incident happened back in August during VMA weekend. Chris Brown was on stage performing when rap mogul Suge Knight and several others were shot.

He will be allowed to remain free until a March 20 hearing when the judge will receive an update from probation officials.
