Pilar Sanders (Collin County Jail)

MCKINNEY, Texas — The latest round of Deion and Pilar Sanders drama ends with Pilar being locked up in the Collin County Jail for a week.

She’s being held on contempt of court charges.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Pilar was taken into custody Tuesday morning for failing to return her kids to Deion as required under their custody agreement.

The judge originally sentenced her to 30 days, then suspended the sentence. But as part of her probation, Pilar has to spend a week behind bars.

Tuesday’s hearing was also called to cover a defamation suit Deion filed against his ex-wife. He’s demanding $1 million for child abuse and assault allegations Pilar made on social media.

The next round of Sanders drama will play out in court on March 2.
