HURST, TX-Parents of sixth graders at Hurst Hills Elementary received a scary phone call on Thursday.

HEB school officials notified parents that a sixth grader was removed, withdrawn and arrested on Tuesday by child protective services.

The big shocker came when they found out that the 12-year-old sixth grader, was actually 17-year-old Ricardo Javid Lugo. The poser was arrested and accused of possession of child pornography.

So question is, how did a 17-year-old enroll in elementary school? Cops say with the help of 28-year-old Randy Ray Wesson, posing as Lugo's father.

"The person posing as this former student's father produced the documents asked of any student enrolling in one of our schools, a birth certificate, proof of residency and an immunization record,” said Judy Ramos, Director of Communications for HEB ISD.

After searching Wesson’s home in Fort Worth, cops say they found a stash of child porn.

Wesson is being held on charges of possession with intent to promote child pornography, sale or display of harmful material and tampering with a governmental record. Yeah, that doesn't spell good news for either one of these guys.

School officials are shocked to learn of the scheme.

"We're sickened by this and we couldn't believe what we were finding out and so we are fully cooperation with law enforcement," said Ramos.

For now, parents are asked to talk to their kids to help find out if any North Texas students are victims of this despicable pair.

Hopefully that will bring these two to justice.
