PLANO, TX -- It took two months, but the guy seen on grainy surveillance video with Christina Morris the night she vanished from the Shops at Legacy in Plano, is finally telling his side of the story.
“I've been bullied. I've been threatened with my life. My family has been threatened now," Enrique Arochi said.
Now he's speaking publicly to tell what he knows.
“They’re treating me as a witness right now. I've cooperated with them since day one."
Arochi was a classmate at Allen High School and ended up at a party with Christina the night she disappeared.
It was almost 4 a.m. when they both left.
"I wish I would have walked her to her car so none of this would have happened," he said. "Like I said, she wasn't really a friend so I didn't find the need to walk her to her car, but I regret that with everything in me."

Arochi says he was stunned when he learned Christina was missing.
“My first thought is I hope they find her. I hope she comes back.”
Enrique says he’s cooperated with Plano PD.
But over the past few weeks, Christina’s family and friends have been showing up outside the home where Enrique lives. They're carrying signs, demanding answers -- answers he says he’s already given.
“I just don't want them to pressure me to say something. I don't have anything else to say other than what I already told the police.”
Arochi says he understands what Christina’s family is going through, but says the attention on him is taking a toll.
“I’m not acting as a victim I just want people to know my side of the story.”
