Making the Call: Reverse 911 Activated to Inform Community about Second Ebola Patient

DALLAS -- Residents living within a four block radius of 5700 Marquita Ave. received a reverse 911 call Sunday morning, informing them about a second patient who tested positive for Ebola.

The patient, reportedly a nurse at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas who cared for Thomas Eric Duncan, lived in the popular M-streets in east Dallas.
