FAIR PARK – Looking to get up close and personal with livestock? Well, the State Fair of Texas is the place to be.

At least it was on Monday. The Dallas Police Department sent out this picture of a steer, found frolicking in the fair crowd.

And this isn’t the first fair offender. A few years ago, a bull got loose at the Houston Fair and was roped shortly after.

However, that was quite the case for this calf, whose escape was reportedly prompted by a sound that scared him.

Luckily, there were no major injuries.

So don’t have a cow. This doesn’t mean you have to steer clear of the fair.
